I can not say enough good things about Simon and his team! Simon was very professional, and from the moment I called to get a quote, he made it very easy. He came within a hour to measure, inspect the job and sent a quote that day. He was available to start the job within a week, and his team were just as professional as him. We had one room sanded and polished, and had our whole laundry and back bathroom floors and joists replaced and polished. The 2 gentlemen that completed the job, took pride in what they did, and I could not be more satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Simon’s APLUS flooring. Communication, quality of work, professionalism, pricing are all 10/10 If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

We can’t recommended Simon and his team more highly! Simon was super responsive, well priced and very dedicated to doing the best job. The team are real craftsmen at what they do. Great attention to detail making sure every step is done properly. No cutting corners here! They even went above and beyond to source the right bits of timber to replace some patches in our room and we are so happy with the result! Thanks again!

We had a very tight window of time just before Christmas, a pretty tired old floor and a hardwood deck that had seen better days. Simon was excellent to work with. He worked with us to develop the color we wanted to stain the floor, he and his team sanded out all the scratches and filled in all the nails. The floor came up beautifully. He also managed to to squeeze in sanding and oiling the front deck so it looks like new. Communication was excellent, service was professional and the price was very competitive. I would definitely use this business again and highly recommend them.

We had Simon do all our wooden floors, and the stair case and railing as well. We trusted him with our key while we were on holiday, and he was completely reliable and professional. The job was completed quickly, and it came out beautifully. We even asked Simon to do an extra – to refinish a couple of small tables, which he did for a reasonable cost. He also came back after the job was completed to add in a finishing touch. I would highly recommend his business. Trustworthy, nice and professional work.

So glad we found Simon to sand, stain and polish our old floors! Out of all the tradespeople we have been dealing with in the last few months, Simon and his team have been the best by far. Always on time, takes a lot of pride in his work and is a true professional. From the quoting process to the job done, he ensured we were always well informed of what was being done and what to expect. Even after the job was completed on a Saturday, and payment made, I received a call the following Monday to check if we had walked through the rooms and were happy with the end result. Simon was fantastic. He responded to us very quickly, was able to give us a great price & was great with communication. Our floor boards were very old and quite damaged, Simon wander them look stunning with a very even sand and black Japan staining. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Simon answered the phone promptly and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He came over to inspect the site within 2 hours of the phone call and provided a written quote on the spot. We needed to get the job done as soon as possible as we were between tenants and Simon and his offsider were able to start within 2 days which really got us out of a hole. Best of all, Simon did a fabulous job and we are super happy with the results. I can highly recommend him for any sanding and polishing jobs.
